Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and four years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to four years
Note: Higher education can substitute for experience at the equivalent rate
Valid Florida drivers license or the ability to obtain prior to hire.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Exemplary customer service, hospitality, concierge, or guest experience skills with a focus on creating positive and memorable interactions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with varying audiences.
Ability to communicate in multiple languages in addition to English is preferred and considered an asset.
Skill in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel and Outlook.
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to embrace change and thrive in evolving work environments.
Experience utilizing customer retention systems, such as Salesforce and Tessitura.
Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build positive relationships by motivating, collaborating with, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Anticipated Salary Range
$36,250 or higher annually. Final offer amount will be determined based on the education, skills, and experience of the selected applicant.
