The following are minimum requirements for this labor classification:
At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in providing logistical support
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to perform administrative duties such as preparing quality documents, reports and slides and coordinating briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendanceand minutes
Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience in preparing, editingand finalizing correspondence, documents and briefings
Must have experience in document routing, coordination, tracking and retaining/filing
