We want someone with 1–2 years of clinic experience in both front and back office responsibilities who’s ready to bring energy, precision, and heart to every patient interaction.


What You’ll Do:
• Greet patients and handle check-ins, scheduling, and follow-ups via text and email (no phones!)
• Take vitals, assist with patient histories, exams, and EHR charting
• Support billing, documentation, and patient education from start to finish


What You Bring:
• 60+ WPM typing and strong written communication
• Experience juggling front + back office in a clinic setting
• Tech-savviness, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
