Responsibilities:Lead and optimize all aspects of the revenue cycle, including registration, eligibility, coding, billing, claims management, payment posting, denials, and collectionsDevelop, implement, and maintain compliant revenue cycle policies, procedures, and systems to maximize revenue and reduce errorsPartner cross-functionally with operations and front-office leadership to ensure effective front-end revenue cycle workflows and patient financial processesMonitor revenue cycle performance through KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis; communicate findings and corrective actions to leadershipIdentify, prevent, and resolve denials, delayed payments, and underpayments through proactive process improvementsOversee contract performance and reimbursement optimization with third-party payersEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory revenue cycle requirementsLead, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing revenue cycle team through clear goals, training, and performance metricsImplement systems, controls, and workflows to support productivity, accuracy, and complianceDrive a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and service orientation within the revenue cycle function. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience leading revenue cycle operations in a complex, multi-site environmentStrong understanding of end-to-end patient revenue cycle functionsProven experience managing, developing, and scaling revenue cycle teamsData-driven mindset with experience using reporting and systems to improve performanceExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
