Job Role: Marketing Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN & Horsham, PA19044 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-month contract

Position Summary

The Marketing Program Manager will support the Integrated Marketing Strategy (IMS) team by owning key planning, governance, coordination, and operational processes across the marketing portfolio.
This role serves as the operational backbone of IMS by managing critical marketing processes, maintaining visibility into initiatives and priorities, coordinating cross-functional execution, and overseeing marketing knowledge management. The position enables senior marketing strategists to focus on business strategy, customer strategy, and executive partnership while ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Offer Process Governance
Own the operational management and governance of the Quarterly Offer Planning process across Consumer and Small Business portfolios.

Responsibilities
Manage quarterly offer planning timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate required inputs across Strategy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Channel teams.
Support rewards expense sizing, business case development, approvals, and implementation readiness activities.
Coordinate PAM, SVA, CAP, and related governance processes and supporting documentation.
Track offer approvals, implementation dates, release schedules, dependencies, and key decisions.
Communicate approved offers and implementation details to stakeholders.
Maintain offer calendars, historical records, decision logs, and process documentation.
Continuously improve and standardize offer governance processes.
2. Master Marketing Calendar Management & Initiative Tracking
Own the centralized view of marketing activity, priorities, milestones, and strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the IMS Master Marketing Calendar.
Track major campaigns, launches, offer changes, business milestones, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain visibility into initiative status, timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.
Support prioritization discussions through maintenance of initiative and portfolio tracking.
Identify timing conflicts, resource impacts, and cross-functional dependencies.
Maintain historical records of major marketing activities and portfolio decisions.
3. Launch Project Management
Lead planning, coordination, and readiness activities for major marketing initiatives, launches, and portfolio refreshes.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain launch plans, timelines, readiness checklists, and status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Product, Channel, and Business partners.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, approvals, and milestone completion.
Facilitate launch readiness reviews and implementation planning.
Maintain launch templates, playbooks, and best practices.
Document key learnings and recommendations following launch execution.
4. Marketing Operations & Governance
Coordinate key marketing operating rhythms that support communication, reporting, planning, and organizational alignment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate recurring marketing reporting and communications.
Support administration of Marketing Exchange and other team operating routines.
Maintain initiative trackers, status reports, and governance tools.
Manage distribution lists, communication schedules, and recurring team communications.
Support quarterly planning and other key organizational planning activities.
Track open actions, commitments, and follow-up items as needed.
5. Documentation, Knowledge Management & Process Ownership
Develop and maintain a centralized repository of marketing knowledge, documentation, and operational resources.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain centralized repositories for marketing documentation, planning materials, templates, and playbooks.
Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Organize and archive strategic plans, launch materials, presentations, and key business learnings.
Establish governance and naming conventions for shared resources.
Improve accessibility and usability of marketing knowledge across the organization.
Support development of executive presentations and leadership communications using strategist-provided content.

Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing program management, marketing operations, business operations, project management, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives and operational processes.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously.
Proven ability to create structure, process, and operational rigor within a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting marketing organizations.
Experience in marketing planning, campaign management, offer management, or go-to-market programs.
Experience managing governance processes, approval workflows, and implementation schedules.
Experience with Workfront or similar workflow/project management tools.
Financial services experience.
