Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement sales enablement content and collateral that support business line goals. The role will focus on creating branded, compliant sales materials and presentations, collaborating with agencies and cross-functional partners, and ensuring alignment with laws, regulations, and bank policies. The specialist will partner with leadership to coordinate, develop, and execute content that advances sales efforts, provides solutions to business objectives, and manages work end-to-end without dedicated project management support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, produce, and maintain sales enablement content, collateral, and tools that support sales goals.
• Create and support presentations and PowerPoint decks, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials.
• Coordinate with internal partners and leadership to execute content that advances sales strategies.
• Own projects from initiation through delivery, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all content adheres to legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement content and collateral development.
• Proficiency creating presentations, PowerPoint decks, branded materials, and basic design assets.
• Demonstrated writing experience, preferably with sales collateral.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills with excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficient computer navigation skills across common software packages, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with a record of results.
• Ability to lead initiatives and deliver data-driven, customer-centric marketing support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments to completion on time and on budget.
• Experience collaborating with research teams to adapt strategies based on findings and results.
• MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement.

• End-to-end owner comfortable operating without dedicated project management support.
• Brings energy, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.

Candidates Less Likely to Be Selected:

• Content-only backgrounds without sales enablement or sales content experience.
• Primarily digital marketing experience without relevant sales content responsibilities.
• Project management-focused profiles with limited hands-on content and collateral creation.
• Extensive copywriting experience with limited sales-focused or enablement material development.
