This Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling, strategically structured, and highly effective sales enablement materials that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. This role supports our business development efforts through the development and design of external client-facing presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, microapps, and other sales enablement assets. A critical component of this role is informational design: transforming complex concepts, data, product capabilities, and value propositions into intuitive, engaging visual experiences that resonate with clients and prospects. The Designer ensures all deliverables align with brand standards while meeting the needs of diverse business lines and sales teams. This role also supports the maintenance and administration of content within our sales enablement platform (Seismic) and maintains up to date compliance approvals. The position is highly collaborative, partnering closely with marketing, sales, product, and other business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of client-facing sales and marketing materials, including sales presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, microapps, and related digital assets
- Apply informational design principles to organize and communicate complex content, data, and messaging in a clear, compelling, and visually engaging manner
- Support the design, development, and implementation of standard and customized B2B sales presentations aligned to business line objectives
- Partner with marketing, sales, product, and subject matter experts to translate strategic messaging into impactful visual communications
- Create customized finalist presentations that strengthen client engagement and support business development efforts
- Develop visual frameworks, diagrams, data visualizations, and storytelling approaches that improve audience understanding and retention
- Orchestrate content development, presentation creation, and compliance approvals for products, services, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency, quality standards, and visual best practices across all deliverables.
- Support sales enablement initiatives, including maintaining presentation and content libraries within our sales enablement platforms (Seismic)
- Contribute to projects that support the strategic objectives of the company's marketing and client services teams
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Informational Design, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in presentation design, informational design, graphic design, or a comparable role, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry
- Demonstrated expertise creating external sales presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, and other client-facing collateral
- Strong understanding of information design, visual storytelling, and data visualization principles
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite, or related design tools
- Familiarity with sales enablement and content management platforms, preferably Seismic
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proven ability to learn new concepts, tools, and systems quickly and independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an expectation to be in-office a minimum of 60% of the working days each month, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.
