Summary:
The Marketing Manager is a technically skilled, data-driven individual contributor responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns that support ACS programs, products, member engagement, and strategic initiatives. This role owns end-to-end email and newsletter marketing, from design and layout in Stripo and Marketo through segmentation, testing, and performance analysis, while also contributing meaningfully to performance marketing, paid digital channels, and broader integrated campaign strategy.
The Marketing Manager will apply strong analytical capabilities and AI fluency to surface actionable insights, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across audiences including members, prospective members, and myriad internal and external partners. The Marketing Manager will contribute to integrated, multichannel marketing strategies that span email, paid digital, organic social, content, SEO/SEM, AEO/GEO, and event promotion.
This exempt position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Analytics in the Division of Integrated Communications. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office / 2 days per week remote.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $84,000-$90,000 (commensurate with related experience).

Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
At least 4-7 years of professional experience on a high-volume, multichannel marketing team.
Proficiency with Marketo required and Adobe Marketo Engage Certification preferrable; knowledge of PropFuel preferable; proficiency with Stripo or equivalent email design tool required.
Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta or similar platforms).
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting campaign performance data; Power BI experience preferred.
Experience with CRM/AMS systems and using data to drive segmentation and targeting decisions.
Fluency with AI tools for marketing applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar).
Experience with personalization, behavioral segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Strong attention to detail, QA discipline, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI and analytics tools preferred.
Acts with urgency, proactivity and accountability.
Healthcare experience a plus.
