Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead multiple projects from concept through execution. Develop project plans, establish key milestones, manage timelines, and provide visibility through dashboards and planning tools to ensure successful delivery and alignment to business priorities.

  • Monitor and measure sales programming effectiveness, including office hours, meetings, training programs, contests, and incentive initiatives. Analyze results, identify trends, measure ROI, and provide recommendations to improve field adoption, business impact, and sales growth.

  • Translate sales and marketing priorities into field-ready programs and learning experiences. Partner with Product Divisions, Training, Compliance, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to drive execution, accountability, and alignment to organizational objectives.

  • Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships while serving as a strategic connector between Sales Leadership, partner functions, and the field. Communicate progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence outcomes without direct authority.

  • Develop and execute an annual communications and sales programming strategy that supports sales meetings and training initiatives, and virtual engagement. Facilitate training and presentations as needed.

  • Create and manage content, communications, and sales enablement materials including presentations and sales tools that support key programs, initiatives, and field execution.

  • Design scalable processes, planning frameworks, and best practices that improve operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and program consistency across Sales Offices and partner functions.

  • Gather field feedback and Voice of the Field insights to continuously improve programs, enhance relevance, and support behavior change that drives stronger customer conversations and business results.

  • Provide training and change management support for new processes, tools, and programs for stakeholders.

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of marketing, product management, project management, or sales experience.

  • Understanding customer and field sales needs, with the ability to translate insights into programs that drive sales growth and business outcomes.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Divisions, Operations, Training, and other partner functions.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring program effectiveness, interpreting data, and making data-driven recommendations.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience developing and delivering presentations, training programs, and field-facing communications.

  • Self-starter with strong organization, project management, and time management skills.

  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification or pursuit of certification.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization and influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring large-scale sales meetings, training programs, or commercial initiatives.

  • Proficiency with project management platforms (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Wrike, Workfront, etc.).

  • Experience using program metrics, survey results, and business performance data to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$73,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
