The role operates in a highly ambiguous environment and may include:Working with marketing, policy, and regulatory teams Translating policy into program and application rules Updating marketing and customer facing materials Supporting campaign execution Reviewing and validating data and KPIs Coordinating across teams to ensure programs are implemented correctly Job DescriptionThis is a new, entry level Marketing Manager role, equivalent internally to an Associate Product Manager. The role supports client’s Clean Heat / Beneficial Electrification programs, primarily focused on residential HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and whole home efficiency.The role is intentionally developmental and meant to build product and program management skills.Work environment is collaborative, supportive, and casual with strong ownership culture and emphasis on professional growth and development.Hybrid schedule:Remote: Monday & Friday Onsite: Tuesday–Thursday Preferred location:Denver (T3)Alternate: Minneapolis (401 Nicollet) Pay to parking at both locations. **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
