We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team at a skilled nursing facility located in Chicago South. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who can develop strong referral partnerships, increase community awareness, and help drive occupancy goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support census growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, healthcare providers, and community partners
• Manage referral development efforts and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct community outreach and represent the facility professionally
• Collaborate with admissions and leadership teams to achieve organizational goals
• Track marketing initiatives and referral activity to support growth

Qualifications:

• Previous healthcare marketing experience required (Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living preferred)
• Proven success building referral relationships and driving census
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Chicago healthcare market preferred
