Job title: Product Manager
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid 
Rate: $40-$45/hr on w2 - without benefits

Introduction

Join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Chicago, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting with physical attendance onsite three days per week. For those not local to Chicago, remote work is an option, though onsite presence is preferred. This is a unique opportunity to lead the Card Delivery Platform (CDS) stack, focusing on efficiency and operational excellence in the issuance of physical credit cards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing platform operations with a focus on efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of credit card issuance processes and customer experience enhancement.
  • Ability to manage daily platform operations, ensuring a high-quality, vulnerability-free environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define migration plans and prepare for platform transitions.
  • Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with the Graffiti Platform and familiarity with Graffiti 2.0 migration processes.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on operational readiness and end-of-life platform transitions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the Card Delivery Platform (CDS) stack, ensuring operational excellence and platform stability.
  • Manage daily platform operations, including "Run the Engine" and "Run the Business" activities.
  • Partner with the Graffiti Platform team to define and execute migration plans to Graffiti 2.0.
