You'll help create content, manage social media, capture photo/video on job sites, and keep our website and digital signage looking fresh. This is a hands-on role with portfolio-worthy work and real-world marketing experience.A marketing major is not required. Training and guidance will be provided. We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social MediaHelp build and maintain a social media content calendarCreate and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and InstagramWrite captions and short form copy aligned to our brand voiceSupport efforts to grow and engage our LinkedIn audiencePhotography & Visual ContentCapture photos of job sites, crews, and completed landscaping projectsOrganize, label, and upload photos for use across marketing channelsHelp ensure visual assets are current, consistent, and on brandWebsite UpdatesRefresh website photos and project galleriesAssist with basic content updates (training provided)Flag outdated pages/visuals and suggest improvementsDigital Signage (OptiSigns)Create and schedule content for OptiSigns digital displaysMaintain a rotating signage calendar (branding, promotions, safety, seasonal messages)Assist with updating signage content on-site as neededGeneral Marketing SupportSupport the Marketing Coordinator with ongoing projects and deadlinesTrack tasks and deliverables to keep projects movingContribute ideas for seasonal promotions and campaignsWhat You'll GainHands-on marketing experience in a real businessPortfolio-ready content (photos, posts, campaigns)Exposure to branding, content planning, and digital toolsMentorship from an in-house Marketing CoordinatorFlexible schedule and opportunity to continue during the school year Have questions?
