Market Manager Sales international - Process Analytics

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As Market Manager \u2013 Process Analytics, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and partner development across assigned international markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Working through a network of distributors and channel partners, you will identify new business opportunities, support strategic projects, and strengthen customer relationships to increase market share and sustainable growth. The Process Analytics business provides advanced measurement solutions that help customers improve product quality, operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Our technologies support customers across pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, food & beverage, and other process industries.

Reporting to the Business Area Manager, you will act as a key link between partners, customers, and internal teams, ensuring the successful promotion and application of Process Analytics solutions across industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, energy, food & beverage, and water treatment.

Location

Barcelona, Spain (preferred location). We are also open to considering candidates based in other European locations, depending on experience and business needs.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute market growth strategies through distributors and channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with partners, end users, OEMs, and engineering companies.
• Support strategic projects and key accounts to drive long-term business success.
• Provide commercial and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver training, workshops, and market development initiatives to enhance partner capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and business performance.

What You Need to Succeed

We're looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused professional who combines strong business development skills with technical curiosity and the ability to build trusted partnerships across diverse international markets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, business development, market development, or technical sales.
• Proven experience working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales organizations.
• Experience selling technical solutions within industrial B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship management.
• Experience with customers in pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, food & beverage, water, or related process industries is highly desirable.

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of industrial processes and analytical instrumentation.
• Knowledge of process analytical technologies such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, TOC, chlorine, turbidity, or similar measurement solutions.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to influence and build long-term partnerships across different cultures and markets.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• French language skills are a plus.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness and availability to travel extensively internationally (approximately 50\u201370% of the time).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global organization.
• Barcelona, Spain (preferred), with flexibility for other European locations for the right candidate.
