Market Launch Leader, Office of the CEO

Union is looking for a smart, passionate, and driven recent college graduate or MBA student to work directly with our CEO and alongside our Product and Marketing teams to launch GameOn, a new product built for the busiest college bars in the country.

GameOn is a mobile ordering and payment solution that lets guests order and pay for drinks from their phones during a bar's busiest times.

We're looking for someone from a large university who understands college culture and can help turn GameOn into a national program. You'll work directly with college bar operators, launch new markets, drive guest adoption, and help build the playbook for scaling GameOn across the country.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, smart, competitive, resourceful, and excited to build something from the ground up. Leadership experience in athletics, Greek life, student organizations, events, entrepreneurship, or other high-energy environments is a major plus. Bar or restaurant experience is an added bonus. It'll help you understand both the consumer and operator sides of our platform.

Union is a fast-growing hospitality technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas, powering thousands of customers at some of the busiest bars and restaurants in the country.

The product is built. Now we need someone obsessed with bringing into the college towns nationally and making it win.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Launch GameOn in major college markets across the country
• Build relationships with college bar operators and drive guest adoption
• Be on the ground for game days, events, and big nights
• Bring what you learn directly back to our CEO, Product, and Marketing teams
• Test ideas, figure out what works, and help build the playbook to scale nationally
• Do the work yourself first: source, pitch, and close venues directly in the earliest pilot markets, before there's a rep team to hand it off to
