We’re seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Cypress, California facility. Ability to support cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm (OT)
Pay: $18-$20/hr

Required Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries
• Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Capable of supporting multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with batch record review
• Familiarity with FDA and ISO 13485 regulations in manufacturing processes
• Previous administrative or production support experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant experience in regulated manufacturing environments or related industries
• Prior exposure to documentation review and compliance protocols

Other Requirements:

• Ability to support cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams
• Willingness to support process improvements and routine production troubleshooting
