    Description

    A cutting‑edge, innovation‑driven manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Molding Systems to take ownership of complex projects, drive process excellence, and help launch a brand‑new molding‑based production line. This role offers $105K–$120K and the chance to shape the future of high‑precision manufacturing.

    What You'll Lead

    • Design, simulate, and implement molding machinery and processes
    • Build equipment, fixtures, and automation solutions
    • Set up, qualify, and maintain a new molding production line
    • Document, refine, and improve molding processes
    • Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
    • Implement cost‑saving measures and quality control systems
    • Ensure all processes and equipment meet safety standards
    • Collaborate across engineering, production, and cross‑functional teams
    • Troubleshoot equipment and resolve complex technical challenges
    • Support procurement, installation, and continuous improvement initiatives

    What You Bring

    • BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
    • 2+ years hands‑on experience designing or supporting molds and molding systems
    • 2+ years' experience in a production or assembly environment
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems
    • Ability to communicate complex ideas across multidisciplinary teams
    • Creative problem‑solving, adaptability, and a continuous‑improvement mindset
    • Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma
    • Bonus: Experience with project management, risk assessment, DOE
    • Preferred experience with encapsulation, transfer, compression molding, or potting

    Hours

    Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

    Salary Range:

    $105,000 - $125,000/year commensurate with experience.
