Description

This Manufacturing Engineer III will be responsible for:

• Supporting manufacturing engineering and production activities
• Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes and tooling requirements
• Creating and updating drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation
• Leading Lean initiatives and optimizing work cell layouts
• Implementing engineering changes and validating new equipment
• Training manufacturing personnel on new processes and best practices

Profile

A Successful Manufacturing Engineer III will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Experience in a low-volume manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficiency with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Understanding of root cause analysis techniques
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards preferred
• U.S. work authorization required
