Position Summary

The Manager, Reporting & Analytics is responsible for transforming data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision making and operational performance. This role leads the development, governance, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions, analytics capabilities, and performance measurement frameworks. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve visibility to key business metrics, and deliver scalable reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational decision making.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics tools that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
• Partner with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, and measurement strategies aligned to organizational objectives.
• Manage data integration, data quality, and reporting governance processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and trust in business reporting.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives that streamline data collection, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new reporting capabilities, enhance data accessibility, and support analytics transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-level recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, sales and/or demand planning, finance, or related analytical functions.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms. 
• Prior experience in Foodservice channels and understanding of complex go to market environment.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 119,040.00 - USD 163,680.00
