The role supervises a team of 4-6 accountants and analysts responsible for reviewing monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Lead GAAP and Statutory reporting processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial statements, footnotes, and exhibits.
Manage large projects such as system migrations, company integrations, and new product launches, developing policies and overseeing analyses.
Develop internal controls, leverage systems for reporting and forecasting, and automate processes for efficiency.
Provide technical guidance, mentor staff, and manage personnel matters like hiring and performance reviews.
Communicate effectively across departments, advise management, and ensure timely, accurate financial deliverables.
Qualifications include extensive experience in finance/accounting, leadership skills, and proficiency with financial systems and data analysis tools.
Travel is minimal, and the position is office-based, requiring physical work site activities and occasional travel.
