It has long term relationships and repeat clients and maintains a strong company culture with long tenured employees.Job DescriptionThe role involves overseeing the planning and execution of small construction projects. It includes coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and construction standards, collaborating with team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery, monitoring project progress and addressing any issues promptly, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and preparing and presenting project updates and reports to relevant parties.The Successful ApplicantA successful Manager of Woodmeister Circle and Small Projects should have 10+ years experience in residential or commercial space, understanding of MEP and hands on construction experience, experience with managing small-scale construction projects, strong leadership and organizational skills, knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards, ability to effectively manage budgets and project timelines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and familiarity with property industry practices and challenges.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000.
