Summary:
The Manager of Recruitment will lead full cycle hiring efforts, develop recruiting strategies, and provide support to hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across our organization. This position will be based out of our satellite office in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to guide and support the hiring process
Develop and execute recruiting strategies across multiple departments and locations
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), job postings, and recruiting tools
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Source, evaluate, and manage external recruiting agency partnerships as a strategic hiring resource
Train and mentor HR Associates on recruiting processes and best practices
Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and technologies to enhance recruiting effectiveness
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year of experience leading or overseeing recruiting efforts
Travel to the Corporate Office in Watertown, NY for the first month of orientation, followed by routine travel to the Corporate Office an average of 4 days per month.
Salary: $72,400-$100,000
