- Rate: $27.00 to $29.00/hour
- Location: Providence, RI
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (with On-call rotation)
As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
- Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
- Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
- Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness
Required Education and Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- General knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring and appliance repair.
- Knowledge of fire safety, emergency procedures and building codes.
- Detail oriented and computer savvy
- Must have a valid and active Driver's License
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
