Job Description:
Performs administrative and clerical duties in support of the logistics team. Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing correspondence, memoranda, invoices, and other records in accordance with established filing systems and procedures. Retrieves documents, data, and correspondence in a timely manner upon request.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 to 4 years of related experience. Demonstrates knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within logistics and administrative support functions. Follows established guidelines and instructions to complete assigned tasks and works under direct supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting of 10 to 15 pounds with minimal repetition.
Work Environment: Minimal exposure to machinery, chemicals, biological hazards, or other physical risks. The position is primarily office-based and focused on administrative support activities.
