What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for neonatal to adult patients in hospital operating rooms
• Supervise CRNAs within a care team model
• Collaborate with surgical teams in a busy, Level I Trauma Center
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Document and manage anesthesia records in a high-volume surgical environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary team activities to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license for Ohio
• Certification in Anesthesiology
• Experience in pediatric anesthesia
• Ability to supervise CRNAs
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Familiarity with hospital EMR systems
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
