What You'll Do- Provide anesthesia services for 50–60 surgical cases daily in a hospital operating room setting
- Supervise CRNAs as part of a team model
- Manage anesthesia care for patients from neonatal to adult age groups
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, techs, surgeons, and APPs
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality
What You Need- Active Medical License in Ohio
- Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Experience in pediatric anesthesia preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to supervise CRNAs and manage diverse patient demographics
About the AssignmentThis assignment is with a highly respected hospital in Dayton, Ohio, a Level 1 Trauma Center with a dynamic team of 22 anesthesiologists and 14 operating rooms. You will join a supportive, collegial environment serving a large volume of cases in a well-equipped facility committed to excellent patient care.
