- Licensure/Certs: Current Ohio CRNA license, PALS, BLS
- Experience: 0-2+ years pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
Pay & Benefits- Hourly Rate: $16.75/hr (equivalent to approx. $325k/year with full-time hours)

What You’ll Do- Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients
- Provide anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence services
- Participate in high-acuity cases in a Level 1 Trauma Center with an annual ER volume of approximately 13,000 cases
- Deliver care in a surgical environment with 11 operating rooms at main hospital, including outpatient pediatric and specialty cases
- Ensure safe, efficient anesthesia delivery with minimal supervision, in a team-focused setting
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and anesthesia standards
What You Need- Active Ohio CRNA license
- Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
- Current PALS and BLS certifications
- 0-2+ years of pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina
