Duration: 12 monthsSchedule: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Job Description:- Responsible, under minimal supervision, for supporting the operations, logistics, and class room training coordination for a variety of learning programs. Works well independently, and considered a professional with adequate understanding of own job area.
Responsibilities:- Communications for trainees and other stakeholders
- Updating and distributing training reports
- Scheduling/invitations/LMS registration for each trainee
- Compile data for training improvements and reporting
- Ensuring all materials are ready for each class
- Prepare, print, collate, order and receive training materials as needed
- Ensuring rooms are setup per program needs
- Ensuring technology in room is enabled and ready prior to session.
- Creating and following up with catering orders for classes (Lunch order)
- Managing training records of program based on attendance
- Supporting program evaluation collection and analysis
- Managing training sample product inventory
- Performing additional operational duties as requested
- Supporting Training Center operations by managing of training sample products and general quality of facility
Skillsets:- 1-2 years of experience in LMS
- Have Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and works with a sense of urgency
- Motivated to learn and work hard in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment – enjoys creating structure where there may be none
Education:- Highschool Diploma or above
