Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Skillman, NJ. We are seeking a Full-Time LivWell Program Manager to join our team. At Springpoint, our Liv Well Program Director oversees community-wide lifestyle programming, leads strategy, and ensures implementation across all levels of care. This role owns Mind, Body, Spirit, and Community programming; manages fitness center/pool operation and leads the LivWell team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive calendar of programming that supports resident engagement and promotes healthy again across all levels of living
• Collaborate closely with departments to support and integrate education, demonstrations, and wellness initiatives 
• Evalutate program effectiveness through participation metrics, outcomes, resident satisfaction, and wellness indicators 
• Utilize community technology platforms to communicate wellness schedules, program updates, virtual offerings, streamline class registration, attendance tracking, communication, and engagement
• Manage wellness budgets, membership revenue, vendor relationships, and operation expenses
• Provide ongoing staff training related to older adult fitness, customer service, motivation, wellness trends, nutrition awareness, and technology-based engagement tools

Education and Experience:

• College degree in Health Science, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, Wellness Management, Recreation, Gerontology, Psychology, and or 2 years of minimum experience in fitness, wellness, or senior living
• CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months from date of hire

Pay Range: $65,000 - $68,000/year
