We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal for a reputable law firm in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys through all stages of the litigation process, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent legal research abilities, and a proactive approach to case development.
Salary: $85,000-$100,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case management from inception through trial or settlement.
- Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
- Organize, maintain, and index case files and trial binders.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy.
- Review, summarize, and analyze discovery materials and depositions.
- Communicate with clients, courts, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Manage and track deadlines, court filings, and docket schedules.
- Assist with trial preparation including exhibit lists, witness preparation, and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a personal injury law firm.
- Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and e-filing systems (state and federal).
- Proficiency in legal software such as Clio, Relativity, Westlaw, or CaseMap.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with trial preparation and on-site trial support.
- Familiarity with document management systems and litigation support software.
