What You Will Do
Take on meaningful responsibility in all phases of civil litigation and transactional
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal analysis
Conduct depositions, court appearances, and hearings (with mentorship as needed)
Work closely with partners who value transparency, open communication, and collaboration
Contribute to a positive, professional culture focused on quality work and balance
What We Are Looking For
2 to 10+ years of litigation experience (flexible for the right fit)
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
Desire to work in a supportive, non-bureaucratic environment
Interest in trial work, career growth, or eventually pursuing partner track
