About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured and be committed to providing clients with the legal guidance necessary to secure fair compensation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing legal support and guidance
  • Advising clients on appropriate courses of action
  • Meeting with clients
  • Identifying ethical solutions to legal matters
  • Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs
  • Developing strategies to resolve cases favorably
  • Educating clients about legal options, potential outcomes, and risks
  • Developing legal arguments and representing clients in civil proceedings
  • Staying informed about current legislation
  • Building and maintaining trustworthy client relationships
  • Preparing legal documents such as depositions, pleadings, and contracts accurately and on time
  • Assisting clients with the execution of agreements
Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Professionalism and a strong commitment to client service and representation
  • Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Litigation experience in personal injury law
Education:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) required
  • Must be licensed and in good standing in the state of the position
Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Experience handling discovery, trial preparation, and mediation
  • Experience with auto accident and premises liability cases required
