 Experienced Litigation Attorney

Boutique law firm, located in Brickell, proudly serving clients for over 20 years, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team.

Qualifications:

1. 5-8 years of litigation experience (commercial and/or real estate litigation preferred)
2. Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
3. Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with partners and clients
4. Some business preferred
5. Spanish speaking a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Manage business/commercial litigation cases start to finish

• Argue motions, handle discovery, depositions, and trials

• Work directly with partners on strategy and client counseling

• Generate business and grow with the firm
