    Salary/Payrate: $125K - $150K + Bonus, Excellent Benefits!!

Highly reputable Law Firm client of our is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience to join our growing Warranty Practice, which represents leading vehicle manufacturers in warranty claims. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys complex work, client interaction, and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.  


    What You'll Do

    • Manage all phases of warranty liability litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
    • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
    • Draft and argue motions, prepare legal memoranda, and develop effective defense strategies.
    • Communicate with clients, experts, and co-counsel to ensure proactive case management and strong client relationships.
    • Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver high-quality, results-driven legal work.


    What We’re Looking For

    • J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
    • 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience —warranty experience a plus.
    • Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
