A nationally recognized AM 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Pittsburgh office. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator with 3+ years of experience to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters alongside talented attorneys in a collaborative and highly regarded legal environment.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
️ Experience Required: 3+ Years of Litigation Experience
Bar Admission: Active Pennsylvania Bar License preferred (or ability to waive in)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including developing and executing case strategy
Conduct advanced legal research and draft high-level briefs, motions, and memoranda on complex legal issues
Prepare and file pleadings, complaints, and other litigation documents involving sophisticated legal claims
Manage all phases of discovery, including document review, production, and coordination in multi-party matters
Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and experts
Assist with hearings, oral arguments, and trial preparation
Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on high-impact litigation matters
Support complex commercial litigation, class action, and regulatory matters
Provide clients with strategic legal analysis and case updates

Qualifications:

3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable legal setting
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Experience with complex litigation, commercial disputes, class actions, or regulatory matters preferred
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and client service skills
Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
