Our firm is seeking a Product Liability Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and handling a diverse caseload of complex product liability matters. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation cases, involving cutting-edge legal issues that require sophisticated, solution-oriented legal counsel. You will be joining a team of experienced attorneys who are dedicated to excellence in defending manufacturers and distributors in product liability cases.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle a broad range of product liability cases.
2. Conduct comprehensive case analysis to identify legal issues, assess potential risks and develop appropriate litigation strategies.
3. Prepare and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and engage in discovery disputes.
4. Represent clients in arbitrations, trials, and hearings, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop defense strategies and streamline case management.
6. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing them with timely updates on case progress and advising them on potential legal implications.
7. Stay updated with the latest legal precedents, industry trends, and legislative changes that may impact product liability cases.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3+ years of experience in product liability law or commercial litigation.
3. Proven experience in handling depositions, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
4. Strong experience in courtroom advocacy and a proven track record of success in litigation.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
7. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve matters favorably and efficiently.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing superior client service.
9. Self-motivated, diligent, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
10. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, to identify and resolve legal issues.
