As their caseload in the region continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team remotely. This attorney will work alongside another member of the firm already based in Western Pennsylvania, handling a growing regional caseload while also helping expand the firm's presence in the market.

Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney who can independently manage complex litigation matters with minimal supervision.

The attorney will handle a growing caseload throughout Western Pennsylvania and work closely with the firm's broader litigation team. This role is designed for a self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of cases, developing litigation strategy, handling higher-value matters, and moving cases efficiently from inception through resolution.

In addition to handling existing matters, this attorney will have an opportunity to play an important role in strengthening and expanding the firm's presence throughout Western Pennsylvania.

Must Haves:
Active Pennsylvania Bar license
Substantial insurance defense litigation experience
Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
Experience handling higher-value and complex matters
Strong deposition, discovery, motion practice, and case strategy experience
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision
Located in Western Pennsylvania
Interest in helping grow the firm's presence in the region
