We're opening a new brewery location and seeking passionate Line Cooks to join our energetic kitchen team.
Prepare and cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and other dishes using various kitchen equipment.
Ensure high-quality food, follow portion sizes, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
Assist with food prep, plating, garnishing, and station setup.
Support team members and help close the kitchen according to procedures.
Live the brand and be a positive ambassador.
Qualifications include 1-3 years restaurant experience, strong cooking skills, and ability to work nights in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized, a team player, and able to lift up to 50lbs.
