Join Puckett’s team as a Line Cook, working in our fast-paced kitchen inside the Nashville Airport. You’ll deliver high-quality Southern dishes quickly and consistently, ensuring every traveler experiences real Nashville hospitality.
What You'll Do:
Bring the menu to life by preparing and cooking dishes across the grill, sauté, fryer, and more - all following Puckett’s recipes and plating standards.
Own your station by keeping it stocked, organized, and ready for service at all times.
Keep it safe and clean by following all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines (including TSA and airport standards).
Finish strong every shift by cleaning, restocking, and resetting your station so the next service starts off right.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of cooking experience in a restaurant or high-volume kitchen.
Basic proficiency with grill, fryer, sauté, and knife skills.
Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Must pass a TSA background check and obtain required airport badge.
Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
Compensation:
$20 hour.
