What we re looking for
- 2+ years professional commercial kitchen experience preferred
- High-volume restaurant experience
- Strong experience with frying and cooking proteins
- Able to follow recipes and portion standards
- Able to read tickets and prioritize multiple orders
- Fast, organized and clean while working
- Understands food safety and proper food handling
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working during lunch/dinner rushes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to perform prep, cleaning and closing duties
- Catering experience is a major plus
