NOW HIRING: Experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook (Full-Time, PM AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED)

Bowlounge is a high-energy entertainment venue with great drinks, great food, and a lot going on pickleball, bowling, pool, darts, and private events. Our scratch kitchen is a big part of the guest experience, and we re looking for an experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook to join the team full-time.

If you re fast, consistent, clean, and know how to hold down a station (and knock out prep like a pro), we want to meet you.

What You ll Do

• Work the line during service with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
  
• Handle daily prep: knife work, batch prep, sauces, proteins, and station setup
  
• Follow recipes/specs and execute scratch items the right way every time
  
• Keep your station stocked, organized, and ready for service
  
• Maintain strong standards for cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage
  
• Communicate with the Chef and team to keep tickets moving and the kitchen flowing
  
• Help with closing duties: breakdown, labeling, cleaning, and resetting for the next shift
  

What We re Looking For

• 2+ years experience as a line cook and/or prep cook (high-volume is a plus)
  
• Solid fundamentals: knife skills, timing, station organization, and sanitation
  
• Calm under pressure and able to move with urgency when it gets busy
  
• Reliable and consistent shows up ready to work and supports the team
  
• Comfortable following systems and standards (and helping improve them)
  
• Toast experience is a plus (we use Toast)
