Legal Workforce Solutions Lead
Location: Washington, DC / New York City, NY / Chicago, IL
Contract: Full-time, Hybrid
Role Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professional to help build a new market vertical focused on workforce solutions for law firms, corporate legal departments, government agencies, consulting firms, and legal service organizations. The focus is on contingent workforce solutions including Legal Operations, eDiscovery, Litigation Support, Compliance, Contract Management, Regulatory Support, Paralegal Services, Legal Technology, Employer of Record (EOR), and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for Legal Workforce Solutions.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry.
Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
Meet regularly with legal hiring managers and executive stakeholders.
Represent at legal conferences and industry organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and outstanding client experience.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
5 years of business development, client partnerships, or account management experience.
Experience selling professional services, staffing, consulting, or workforce solutions.
Demonstrated success in building executive-level client relationships.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with extensive travel and face-to-face client meetings.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong organizational skills and disciplined CRM management.
Preferred:
Experience within legal staffing or services.
Existing relationships within law firms or legal operations organizations.
Familiarity with contingent workforce programs, EOR, or RPO.
