Job Title: Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist
Work Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hireHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities:- This candidate would focus mainly on the Hospitality services setting up and cleaning up the beverage/food service for meetings and events, stocking/cleaning kitchen/pantry areas; they will also be assisting in the center with copy/print/scan requests, shipping and receiving.
Skills & Qualifications:- Looking for someone who can make decision on his/her own, confident. open mindedness, leadership skills, time management, organizational skills, teamwork, technical savvy, communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage time to handle multiple assignments over the course of the day and keeping requestors in the loop.
- Having a flexible schedule to come in early/stay late when needed based on the daily task.
- Experience working in a law firm is a plus.
