Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and practice support to attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas.
Assist with document preparation, formatting, editing, and management.
Support litigation-related administrative tasks, including electronic filing and case-related documentation.
Prepare and maintain correspondence, forms, reports, and other legal documents.
Assist with time entry and related administrative processes.
Manage multiple assignments and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and internal teams as needed.
Maintain organized electronic and physical files in accordance with established procedures.
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of legal experience, preferably within a law firm or professional legal environment.
Strong knowledge of the Florida e-filing portal and CM/ECF.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of IntApp Time Entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with iManage.
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience supporting multiple legal practice areas, particularly Litigation, Bankruptcy, Corporate, or Tax.
