Legal Executive Assistant

Job Description
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, format, and proofread legal correspondence, memoranda, and other documentation.
- Enter attorney time records and support legal billing and invoicing processes.
- Liaise professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle incoming communications and ensure requests are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records and legal files.
- Assist with reporting, tracking initiatives, presentations, and special projects.
- Provide administrative support while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice environment.
The Successful Legal Executive Assistant should have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Executive Assistant within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting senior attorneys, partners, or executives.
- Strong understanding of legal billing, timekeeping, and administrative processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Highly proactive, polished, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
