We’re working with a great law firm looking to add an experienced Electronic Billing Specialist to their team! Strong attention to detail and comfortable working directly with attorneys, clients and billing teams.

Legal Electronic Billing Specialist 

Hybrid: 4 days in office / 1 day remote

We’re working with a great law firm looking to add an experienced Electronic Billing Specialist to their team!

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years of law firm billing/eBilling experience
• Strong experience with eBilling platforms such as CounselLink, Legal Tracker, Brightflag and/or Collaborati
• Knowledge of LEDES billing formats
• Experience submitting and tracking invoices, resolving rejections/reductions and handling appeals
• Experience with client billing guidelines, rate submissions and matter setups
• Strong Excel skills and ability to generate reports
• SurePoint/Rippe Kingston or Elite experience is a plus
• iManage experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working directly with attorneys, clients and billing teams

The role:

• Manage invoices through eBilling vendor platforms
• Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding submissions
• Troubleshoot billing issues and escalate when needed
• Assist with onboarding new eBilling clients
• Maintain client billing guidelines and system requirements
• Partner closely with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely billing
