WHAT YOULL DO
Draft and prepare correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents using established templates and firm procedures.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professional communication through phone, email, and written correspondence.
Coordinate and manage client meetings, appointments, and schedules involving multiple parties and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and organized client records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring file integrity and accessibility.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong understanding of legal procedures, court rules, and case management processes.
Proficient in document management systems, including the organization, maintenance, and retrieval of electronic and physical case files.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, eFiling platforms, and complex calendar management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and using standard office equipment. The ability to occasionally lift and carry files or office materials up to 20 pounds and move throughout the office to attend meetings and access records is required.
