Kitchen Manager - Louisville, KY

We are looking for a motivated manager who is interested in a Kitchen Manager position at our Kentucky location!

 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all back of house  employees

• Complete opening & closing paperwork

• Receive & submit invoices

• Ensure company policies & procedures are followed

• Communicate effectively with all staff

• Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll

• Audit safe & cash drawers

• Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met

• Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits

• Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints

• Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards

• Maintaining cleanliness of all back of house areas

• Meet and exceed company budget

• Monitor food cost, waste & counts

• Develop BOH employees

• Order and keep product at par levels

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to type, look at computer screens and use a computer mouse for excessive periods of time.
