Junior Paralegal (Contract) | Houston, TX
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) - Northwest (near the Beltway and 249) 
Duration: 30–60 Day Contract Assignment
Pay Rate: $25.00–$26.00/hour
Start Date: ASAP 

Our client is seeking a Junior Paralegal to support its Legal and Compliance team on a temporary project focused on litigation support, document management, and legal research.

Key Responsibilities

• Document review and organization
• Maintain and update case files and legal records
• Conduct legal and regulatory research
• Assist with document collection and production requests
• Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars
• Support attorneys with administrative litigation tasks
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal support documents
• Assist with matters involving Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Texas Public Information Act (TPIA) requests

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
• Experience with document review, legal research, and case management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Litigation support experience preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX
