We are supporting our client on a search for a Junior Administrative Assistant who will help keep a busy team running smoothly. This is a launchpad seat for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to operations, executive support, and office work in NYC.
You will work hybrid out of a beautiful NYC office three days per week. We are intentionally open to recent grads, internship grads, and folks from hospitality or retail who want to make the jump into corporate work.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day admin needs across a busy team
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel
Process expense reports and invoices
Maintain files, records, and shared drives
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and notes
Greet visitors and handle phones and mail
Help with office logistics, supplies, and small events
Support special projects and learning opportunities as they come up
Requirements
0 to 1 years of administrative, internship, hospitality, retail, or coordinator experience
Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Comfort with Google Workspace and basic admin tools
Clear written communication
Hybrid presence in the NYC office at least three days per week
Open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers
